in 2022
We are thrilled that in 2022, we were able to send the equivalent of 17 standard 20ft containers filled with life-transforming tools to Africa! This amazing achievement was made possible thanks to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team of volunteers across the UK, as well as the generosity of our supporters and those who donated tools to us. We are deeply grateful for your unwavering support and commitment to our cause.
These tools will provide members of the poorest communities with the opportunity to create their own livelihoods and escape the cycle of poverty. We believe that every tool donated is a step towards a brighter future for those in need.

Key Kits
We send a wide variety of tools kits, as well as individual tools, power tools, and accessories. We sent a total of 12,711 tool kits this year. Here is an overview of the most popular kits that we send and the countries that they were sent to.
We were still able to send a staggering amount of livelihood-creating tools to Africa this year, and we plan to increase this by 50% next year thanks to the opening of our new Rugby Refurbishment centre. This is not only the number of tools sent but also the number of lives potentially transformed. Every single kit has the power to turn someone's life around and let them put their poverty behind them. They can even transform entire communities.
