In Spring 2026, TWAM will be involved in an exciting project in Tanzania: the launch of the Dodoma Artisan Support Training Centre (DASTC)!
Many talented craftspeople in the Dodoma region of Tanzania lack access to even the most basic equipment. By helping establish and operate a special training centre, TWAM will empower local artisans with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to transform skills into sustainable livelihoods.
In partnership with Tools For Solidarity (TFS), TWAM will provide high-quality refurbished tools and sewing machines. With these, the centre will deliver technical, vocational, and business training, equipping those blessed with creativity with practical skills to increase their income and independence.

​With YOUR help, the first shipment of tools and equipment will arrive from TWAM and TFS in 2026 as part of a three-month setup phase, which will include staff training, workshop preparation, and early operational support.
​
Your donation today will help build, establish, and open the doors of the Dodoma Artisan Support Training Centre.
Supporting this special Appeal will give Tanzanian craftspeople the chance to build futures for themselves and their families - from the ground up!
