Leave a legacy or lasting gift...
"Dad loved his tools, he would be so pleased they are going to another craftsman who will continue to cherish them!"
Leaving a legacy of love
After you have looked after you family, you may wish to leave a legacy of love to TWAM recipients
Writing a will can seem a daunting prospect, but it doesn’t have to be. It can be a very precious time when we remember the people closest to us and the things we care most about. For many of us this means ensuring our family are financially provided for and receive the things that were precious to us, such as jewellery and mementos.
It can also mean remembering the charities and causes that mean so much to us, that we want to continue to support.
“I remember, some years ago, sitting down with my wife Linda and dividing our estate between the people we love and the charities we support. When we added up our potential estate, especially the sale of our home, it was genuinely amazing to think of all the good we could do. We realised that even a small percentage left to charity could mean significant gifts to small charities. It is very comforting to know we will be leaving as legacy of love ill make a huge difference, and for that we are so grateful.”

Write your will for free with Kwil.
TWAM has partnered with Kwil to give you the chance to write your will online in as little as 30 minutes. The process is very simple, and the website will guide you through it step-by-step.
You will also have the opportunity to leave a gift for TWAM, so that we can continue to empower people and create livelihoods in developing communities with your essential help.
Leave your tools to TWAM
Another way of supporting TWAM in your will is to leave your much loved tools to our mission!
The words we hear time and time again are:
‘I wanted to leave my tools to my family, but my children aren’t interested and I would hate to see them go in a skip.'
Tools with a Mission has produced some beautiful cards entitled ‘Remembering Someone Special’. They can be discreetly placed on chairs or pews before the service. Friends and relatives can either use them to make a donation on the day or to send them to the funeral director or directly to TWAM at a later date. TWAM will keep a record of all donations and let the family know how much has been donated.
We have three designs to choose from. Please contact us with your choice of card. We also have a poster that you can put next to a collection bowl. This can be downloaded or we will happily send one to you.
Please contact our Ipswich office if you would like us to send you some cards.
